Managing Your Business Profile

Last updated March 23, 2026

Keep Your Profile Up to Date

A complete, accurate business profile helps pet owners find and choose your clinic. Here is how to manage every aspect of your listing from the business dashboard.

Accessing Your Dashboard

After signing in with your Business Owner account, click your name in the top-right corner and select Business Dashboard. You will see an overview of your listing's performance along with quick links to edit each section.

Editing Basic Information

Keep these details current to avoid missed appointments and frustrated clients:

  • Clinic name — use your official business name as registered.
  • Address — ensure the pin on the map matches your actual location. You can drag the pin to adjust it.
  • Phone number — your primary contact number. This is what appears on your listing and in call-to-action buttons.
  • Email — displayed on your profile so potential clients can reach out.
  • Website — link to your clinic's website for more information.

Setting Opening Hours

Accurate hours are critical, especially for the "Open Now" filter. Set your hours for each day of the week, including:

  • Regular consultation hours.
  • Lunch breaks or mid-day closures.
  • After-hours or emergency availability.
  • Public holiday schedules (you can add special hours for specific dates).

Adding Photos

Listings with photos get significantly more engagement. Upload images of:

  • Your clinic's exterior and reception area.
  • Treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Your veterinary team.
  • Happy patients (with owner permission).

Photos should be well-lit, at least 800 pixels wide, and in JPG or PNG format. You can upload up to 20 photos on a free listing and 50 on a Pro plan.

Listing Your Services

Select from our standard list of veterinary services, or add custom services specific to your practice. Being thorough here helps you appear in more filtered searches. Common services include vaccinations, desexing, dental care, surgery, radiology, laboratory work, and behavioural consultations.

Writing Your Description

Your business description appears prominently on your profile. Write 2-3 paragraphs that introduce your clinic, highlight what makes you unique, mention your team's experience, and welcome new clients. Avoid excessive jargon and focus on what pet owners care about most: quality of care, compassion, and convenience.
