Take Control of Your Listing
If your veterinary clinic already appears on LocalVet, you can claim it for free to update your information, respond to reviews, and ensure potential clients see accurate details. If your clinic is not yet listed, you can add it during the claim process.
Step-by-Step: Claiming Your Listing
- Create a Business Owner account — if you have not already, sign up and select "Business Owner" as your account type.
- Search for your clinic — use the search bar on your dashboard to find your existing listing by name or address.
- Click "Claim This Listing" — you will find this button on your clinic's listing page or in search results.
- Verify your identity — we will ask you to confirm your connection to the business. Verification options include:
- Receiving a verification code by phone call or SMS to the clinic's listed number.
- Receiving a verification email to an address on the clinic's domain.
- Uploading a document such as a business registration certificate.
- Complete verification — enter the code or wait for document review (usually within 1-2 business days).
- Start managing your listing — once verified, you can edit all your business details immediately.
What If My Clinic Is Not Listed?
If you cannot find your clinic in our directory, you can add it manually:
- Click "Add a New Listing" from your business dashboard.
- Enter your clinic name, address, phone number, and basic details.
- Complete the verification process as described above.
- Your listing will go live once verification is complete.
