Your Subscription and Billing
Managing your LocalVet Pro subscription is straightforward. Everything you need is in your business dashboard under the Billing section.
Viewing Your Current Plan
To see your current subscription details:
- Sign in and go to your Business Dashboard.
- Click Billing in the side menu.
- You will see your current plan, billing cycle, next payment date, and amount.
Updating Your Payment Method
To change or update the card on file:
- Go to Billing in your dashboard.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new card details and save.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
All past invoices are available in the Billing section. Click on any invoice to view it, or click Download PDF to save a copy for your records. Invoices include your business name, plan details, amount charged, and applicable taxes.
Changing Your Plan
- Upgrading to Pro — takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
- Downgrading to Free — takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro features until then.
- Switching from monthly to annual — you can switch at any time. The annual rate is applied starting from your next billing date.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your Pro subscription:
- Go to Billing in your dashboard.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm cancellation. You may optionally tell us why you are leaving.
After cancellation, your listing reverts to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. Your listing, reviews, photos, and data are never deleted — you simply lose access to Pro-only features.
